Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
For pickup orders, there is no minimum order size. For delivery, there is a $150 minimum.
Q: What is the deadline for placing orders?
For online orders, please order at least 24 hours in advance. For same-day delivery, we require at least 3 hours’ notice, though we cannot guarantee same-day fulfillment.
Q: Can I change my order after I place it?
Yes – you can make changes up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery. To make a change, please call us at (512) 535-0474.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
Orders cancelled on the day of delivery are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
Q: Is there a delivery fee?
Yes, our delivery fee is $30.
Q: What days and times do you deliver?
We deliver daily from 6:30am – 8:30pm. There are a few days during the year we are closed, however, and cannot deliver: Easter Sunday, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

We deliver within a 15-mile radius of any Tacodeli location. Find a location near you here.
Q: Can I pick up my order?
Of course! Orders can be picked up at any of our locations (make sure you select the correct one when you place the order!) between 6:30am and 9:00pm.
Q: Do you accept gratuity?
Yes – gratuities are greatly appreciated. Any gratuities received go to both our drivers and restaurant teams.
Q: Do you offer buffet-style and individually packaged meals?
Yes! We offer a variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options available as either buffets or individually packaged meals.

Yes! Chafing setups are available for purchase at $10 each. One setup includes one rack, one pan, and one steno (candle) to keep the food warm.
