I started the Yoga With Adriene channel on Youtube to provide high quality free yoga to as many people as possible. I truly believe that cultivating a home yoga practice and making the tools of yoga accessible to everyone can help make the world a better place. Whether it's Yoga For Runner's, Yoga For Heartbreak, Yoga For Weight Loss or Yoga for Anxiety... I'm on a mission to make practices that serve readily available to all!
I order what makes me feel good. Usually that is a egg, raw spinach and potato on corn and a bean and avocado on corn. I take the mantra Find What Feels Good with me when it comes to what I eat. It’s not about limiting yourself, it’s about finding the combination that works for you in the present moment. It’s about listening and treating yourself to the good life that you deserve.
I make it a regular habit of showing up for myself daily. Whether it’s a short meditation, a long run, a walk with the dog or some yoga at home - no day is complete without that daily check in, just for me. When I am in tune with my mind, my body and the state of my energy I am equipped to serve others and live great.

Nutrition is such a huge part of making sure I have enough energy to coach, train for my races, and still have enough energy for my family and friends. I focus on a whole foods, plant-based diet. After a hard run on the Barton Springs Greenbelt the Papadulce taco or the Freakin’ Vegan definitely hit the spot. Ultra running has always been a passion of mine. Going on an adventure through the woods or mountains is exciting. I have conquered numerous 50ks, 50 mile, and 100 mile races and one thing that keeps me mostly injury free and strong is my Boot Camp/HIIT Training workouts and the workouts with the Motiv8 Running Team. Being the coach/owner of Motiv8 Health and Fitness has given me the opportunity to keep myself strong and healthy and to also help others become just as strong. Through coaching these classes and running these races I absolutely live great!
I run Organic Fitness and Training offering outdoor boot camp style classes and personal training where we bring the gym to you. The idea is to take fitness to the outdoors and take advantage of the great parks and spaces within Austin.
Since I am on the road traveling to meet my clients, I love to eat great, at Tacodeli anytime I get the opportunity. Tacodeli does such a great job with the sourcing of produce and meats, which is really important and makes it easy to eat healthy. Most people don't associate healthy eating with tacos, but there are so many great options and you can eat really well. I typically just omit the cheese and opt for a cup instead of tortillas on any of my favorite tacos. The Ensalada Espinaca with salmon is my go to salad and the Ceviche Yucatan offered on Friday and Saturday is the best in town!
I practice what I preach. I run or ride my bike three days a week along with three days of strength training that consists of weight training, high-intensity plyometric and body weight work.
